GyanAnklan sells digital evaluation access. Please review this policy before completing a purchase.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before an evaluation invitation has been issued or used. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds

• Refunds may be issued if the service could not be delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
• Refunds are generally not available once an evaluation session has started or been completed.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund
