Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GyanAnklan, including our website, evaluation services, organization workspaces, invitations, reports, and related digital offerings. GyanAnklan is operated by Corepedia, a partnership firm registered in India. (“GyanAnklan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order, accepting an invitation, creating or using an account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using GyanAnklan on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use GyanAnklan. If you are using the service on behalf of a school, college, company, or other institution, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that any learner invitations comply with applicable institutional policies and consent requirements.

Accounts

Certain features may require an account or authenticated access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Invitations

Evaluation access is often delivered through invitation links sent by email. Invitation links are personal or organization-specific and must not be shared publicly, resold, or used by unauthorized individuals. GyanAnklan may disable invitations that appear compromised, duplicated, or misused.

Payments

Prices are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay or another designated payment partner. An order is confirmed only after successful payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing for organization or enterprise arrangements.

Credits

Some organization or bulk purchases may be fulfilled using allocated evaluation minutes, credits, or similar usage entitlements. Credits are non-transferable unless expressly permitted and may expire or be adjusted according to the applicable purchase terms or organization agreement.

Pricing

GyanAnklan charges based on evaluation duration and conversation mode. Current public pricing is available on our pricing page and home page calculator. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before an evaluation invitation has been issued or used, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Once an assessment has started or been substantially delivered, cancellation may not be available.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Acceptable use

You agree to use GyanAnklan lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate educational or assessment purposes.

Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content
• Misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation
• Share invitation links publicly or use the service to harass others
• Circumvent security, usage limits, or access controls
• Use the service for cheating, impersonation, or unauthorized test assistance
• Resell or sublicense access except where expressly permitted

AI-generated content

GyanAnklan uses artificial intelligence to assist with evaluations, scoring, summaries, and recommendations. AI-generated outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, employment, or professional advice.

AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Organizations, educators, and purchasers remain responsible for how assessment results are interpreted and used in admissions, hiring, grading, certification, or other decisions.

AI disclaimer

Assessments on GyanAnklan are AI-assisted. Reports, scores, and feedback are intended to support learning and evaluation workflows, not to replace qualified human judgment. You agree not to rely on the service as the sole basis for critical decisions affecting health, safety, legal rights, or high-stakes outcomes without independent review.

Intellectual property

GyanAnklan and its licensors own the platform, software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. Except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

User content

You retain ownership of content you or your learners submit, including responses, audio, and uploaded materials. You grant GyanAnklan a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely to provide, secure, improve, and support the service, including AI-assisted evaluation and report generation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We strive to keep GyanAnklan available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GyanAnklan and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to GyanAnklan for the specific order giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, except where a greater limitation is not permitted by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GyanAnklan from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of content without proper authority or consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk to the platform or other users, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or utility failures, government actions, labour disputes, or third-party service outages.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your relationship with GyanAnklan.

Third-party services

GyanAnklan relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, payments, email delivery, and other functions. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.

Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
